Description
- Managing the smooth running of all HR process including recruitment, on-boarding, performance management and staff well-being.
- Leading and supervising the administration team to provide a range of agreed services across the organisation.
- Overseeing the finance team in the processing of all financial income and expenditure.
- Liaising with the external professionals, HR consultancy and Accountancy to achieve effective outcomes
- Work with the CEO and senior management team in the development of the organisation.
Profile
A successful HR & Administration Services Manager should have:
- CIPD Level 3 (minimum)
- Adherence to Values and Christian Ethos
- This role has a genuine occupational requirement to have an active Christian faith
- Given the specific nature of their work and the essential requirements of the HR manager role in supporting the faith-based ethos, we are seeking candidates who have a deep understanding of and personal commitment to the Christian faith to align with our organisation's mission and ethos
- Excellent leadership and people management skills
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and employment legislation
- Exceptional organisational and administrative abilities
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in HR software and systems
