Hr Administrator

Are you experienced with Office Administration? Our client is seeking a HR Administrator to join their friendly and bubbly team.

Location: Ripon
Salary: £22,000-£23,000 per year
Working hours: Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm (Flexible with hours)

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate HR administration, ensuring compliance with company policies and efficient delivery
• Manage the HR central email account.
• Maintain the electronic personnel filing system.
• Uphold confidentiality and professionalism while adhering to data protection guidelines.
• Prepare and produce HR-related written communications.
• Assist with general HR tasks and support new and temporary employees.

Requirements:
• Strong administration skills.
• Proficiency in data entry and IT.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Positive attitude.
• Must have driving licence.
