Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support to the HR department
- Managing HR-related correspondence and documentation
- Assisting with special projects and initiatives
- Posting job openings on various platforms
- Screening resumes and applications
- Conducting new employee orientations and facilitating the onboarding process
- Maintaining and updating employee records, including personal information, job titles
The working hours will be Monday -Friday 8.00am -4.00pm or 9.00am -5.00pm with 30 mins unpaid lunch. The hourly rate will be 12.50 per hour.
