The Client:
VWA are working with a dynamic events company who work on and deliver exciting briefs to find a temporary HR Administrator who highly organised, confident managing stakeholders and is potentially interested in a long term opportunity, as this may well extend beyond the initial booking which is 1-3 weeks
The Office & HR Administrator role:
This a newly created role within the company as the team are needing an extra pair of hands!
Day to day duties involve but are not limited to:
- Tidying Hr folders
- Managing contracts
- Updating policies
The successful Office and HR Administrator candidate will:
- Be a personable and team-spirited individual, who has prior office administration experience
- Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Be a real self-starter
- Be friendly and approachable
- Have excellent attention to detail and be highly accurate
- Have experience of using Microsoft Office, having particularly strong PowerPoint and Excel
The Details and Benefits:

- Up to £18/hour plus holiday, dependent on experience
- Standard hours: 9-5
