Hr Administrator (6 Month Ftc)

Our client is a successful company on the outskirts on Cambridge. Due to their ongoing success, they are currently looking for a HR Administrator to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. Inititially this will be a 6 month fixed term contract, with the possibility of a permanent contract in the future.

Main duties will include:

• Creating new employee files and keeping existing database updated
• Carrying out right-to-work checks
• Producing contracts and sending new starter letters
• Managing the induction process
• Providing and smooth and efficient on-boarding process
• Assisting with recruitment analytics
• General ad-hoc HR duties

The successful candidate will have:

• Strong admin experience, ideally within HR
• Excellent communication skills
• A high level of integrity with the ability to handle data confidentially
• Good command of the English language
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
• IT proficiency with Microsoft Office
