Our client is a successful company on the outskirts on Cambridge. Due to their ongoing success, they are currently looking for a HR Administrator to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. Inititially this will be a 6 month fixed term contract, with the possibility of a permanent contract in the future.
Main duties will include:
- Creating new employee files and keeping existing database updated
- Carrying out right-to-work checks
- Producing contracts and sending new starter letters
- Managing the induction process
- Providing and smooth and efficient on-boarding process
- Assisting with recruitment analytics
- General ad-hoc HR duties
The successful candidate will have:
- Strong admin experience, ideally within HR
- Excellent communication skills
- A high level of integrity with the ability to handle data confidentially
- Good command of the English language
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- IT proficiency with Microsoft Office
