As an HR Administrator, your role will be pivotal in bolstering the HR Department’s efforts to deliver a proficient and top-tier service concerning all HR-associated duties. Your daily responsibilities will encompass a wide range of HR activities, including but not limited to learning and development, compliance, and the onboarding process.Key Responsibilities:Your responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:Creating and maintaining employee records. Onboard new employees by providing welcome packs.Update and maintain HR databases.Prepare relevant paperwork when required.Assist with reviewing HR policies and procedures. Process employees’ requests and provide relevant information.  Manage the department’s email centre and address queries accordingly Send internal communication to employees Work closely with HR Advisors in processes and policies implementation  Maintain and assist with e- learning enrolment  Assist with formal and informal meetings  Assist with regular right to work checks Requirements:Administrative experience (1 year – preferred)HR experience (preferred)Commute to our Southern HQ located in Chesham, Buckinghamshire, approximately a 20-minute walk from the station.
