Centre 33 is an ambitious and growing charity based across Cambridgeshire. We offer a range of high quality services to young people, including information and support on a “drop in” basis, mental health services, counselling, housing and financial advice, sexual health support and support for young carers.
Purpose of your Job: The Human Resources Administrator will be responsible for the HR administration requirements for Centre 33, including recruitment queries, training coordination and maintenance of the HR database.
We are looking for an experienced HR administrator to support our HR and Volunteering teams. If you are passionate about people and highly efficient, give us a chance to meet you. You will act as the first point of contact for all recruitment and HR-related queries from employees and volunteers. You will represent Centre 33 in your communications and be an approachable and open individual with great attention to detail.
Your main administrative duties include maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents (e.g. employment / volunteer records and onboarding guides) and updating the HR database. You will have experience with HR procedures and can juggle various administrative tasks in a timely manner.
Ultimately, you should be able to ensure our HR department supports our employees and volunteers while conforming to employment laws and internal policies.
You will work to Centre 33’s values of being inclusive and specialist; supportive and non-judgemental; and collaborative and accountable.
You will be working primarily from our offices in Ely or Cambridge but with travel to other hubs within Cambridgeshire.
