CMA HR Division are delighted to be representing this Charity to hire a new position as HR Administrator to support the current HR team with their workload. In this role, you'll play a crucial part by being the initial contact for various daily HR inquiries from both internal and external sources. Your responsibilities could also include offering advice and guidance on HR processes and procedures.
What will the HR Administrator role involve?
- Ensure compliance with visa renewals and confidential data in HR systems.
- Provide a general administrative service for the People team to support team workloads and delivery of priorities.
- Support the full recruitment process end-to-end to enhance the candidate experience.
- Provide first line advice and query resolution for managers, on policies, processes, and procedures.
Suitable Candidate for the HR Administrator vacancy:
- Confident user of Microsoft office packages.
- Strong administrative HR background.
- Highly organised approach to your work and hold a strong level of attention to detail.
