To provide administrative or advisory support for all HR related tasks across the group and act as a point of contact of all employees for all HR related enquiries. To be responsible for the maintenance, updating of employee records and preparation of employee documentation, prepare documentation for HR related processes and manage the internal recruitment process.
Duties
- Create, distribute and collate accurate HR documentation including contracts, job descriptions and starter packs.
- Liaise with external recruitment providers to organise interviews for hiring managers
- Ensure documentation is stored accurately and in accordance with GDPR regulations as well as company policy
- Update, maintain and keep confidential employee records up to date on the HR Matrix
- Ensure policies are being reviewed regularly and updated in line with company and legislative changes.
- Prepare and submit reports of employee data when required
- Prepare documentation for employee related issues
- Keep up to date with current HR issues and employment law
- Minute taking of meetings
- Other Duties as directed upon request
- Responsible for yours and others Health & Safety
- Travel between sites to provide HR support
Experience
- Proven administrative skills in an HR role or similar
- Good understanding of employment law
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritise
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
- Excellent written skills
- Ability to manage complex, sensitive issues
- Ability to analyse and resolve problems effectively & promptly and escalate where necessary.
- Excellent IT skills: - Word, PowerPoint, Excel
- Driving License required for travel
Qualifications
- Educated to CIPD level 3 or 5 or equivalent

Monday – Friday 7.30am – 4.00pm
