HR GO Recruitment is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Contracts Administrator to join a Soft Services Management company based in LS12.
Job Title:Contracts Administrator
Location : Leeds LS12
Hourly Rate: £12- £14 per hour
Job Type: Temp to Perm after 12 weeks
Working Hours / Days: Monday to Friday 8am-5pm
In your new role you will be responsible for various tasks related to contract management and administration. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be proficient in using CAFM systems, and have experience in coordinating work schedules and tasks efficiently.

General Duties of Contracts Administrator:
- Act as a helpdesk operator and work scheduler - taking inbound calls etc.
- Prioritize jobs according to SLA's
- Prepare, load, and disseminate planned preventive maintenance tasks
- Coordinate engineering workforce
- Monitor the status of all jobs
- Prepare and distribute accurate reports
- Raise purchase orders
- Update job status, comments, reports, and completion information accurately
- Generate ad hoc CAFM reports as requested by the Operations Manager
Requirements of Contracts Administrator:
- Previous experience working in a similar role
- Proficiency in using CAFM systems and other relevant software
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
