We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Human Resource Administrator to join our dynamic HR team. To play a crucial role in supporting various HR tasks, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the human resources processes within the organisation. This role requires a proactive and resourceful individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for fostering a positive work environment.
Principal responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up to date employee record in the HRIS
- Process new hire paperwork, employee status changes, and other HR-related documentation
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and confidentiality of employee information
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening CV's and scheduling interviews
- Coordinate with hiring managers to organise candidate interviews and assessments. To assist in organising assessment days for apprentice intakes.
- Assist with invoices from recruitment agencies, maintain information for costs and send to the finance department
- Coordinate new employee onboarding programs, including our workflows in the system, paperwork to be completed and the L&D platform management for new starters
- Prepare and distribute onboarding materials and relevant documentation
- Conduct the induction on a weekly basis
- Work with HR Manager to ensure consistent interpretation and application of policies across the business
- Act as a liaison between employees assisting the HR Assistant and HR Manager with employee relations within the business
- Coordinate paperwork and schedule meetings such as absence management and disciplinary
- Schedule probation meetings between manager and employee
- Complete admin tasks in relation to the L&D platform and strategy
- Send out communications to wider workforce using HRIS
