Part time HR Administrator
This is a new position created due to company expansion and will involve providing administrative support to a small and established HR team within a not-for-profit organisation in York.
The Part time HR Administrator will be:
- Managing the HR email inbox & being initial contact for internal & external queries
- Assisting with ongoing new and innovative HR related projects
- Assisting with the full recruitment, onboarding and induction processes
- Maintaining, promoting and further developing the HR IT systems, relevant spreadsheets, reports and documentation.
- General office administration including archiving, producing documentation, disposal of confidential documents etc.
This position will expose the successful individual to a full HR generalist role if you already have HR administration experience, or, it will be a brilliant first step into HR if you already have a background in administration.
The successful Part time HR Administrator will be results driven, proactive, with excellent communication skills and self-confidence to deal with different people and situations.
