Position: HR Administrator Salary: ? £30,ooo Location: ? Lower Dicker Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm Benefits: Additional leave, Company events, Company pension, Free parking, Life insurance, On-site parking, Private dental insurance, Private medical insurance My client has a brand new position for an HR Administrator to join the team at its manufacturing company. Ideally with CIPD Level 3, the successful candidate will be involved in various HR functions and in fostering a positive employee experience. The role includes: Assisting with the recruitment process by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates. Booking temporary staff if required. Maintaining and upkeeping of employee records in HRIS and digital filing. Handling highly confidential and sensitive information. Providing administrative support to accounts and payroll and benefits administration. Coordinating employee onboarding and orientation, including preparing materials and facilitating training. Being the first point of contact for all HR related enquiries. Supporting Managers with notetaking/issuing administrative documents related to Disciplinary/Grievance/Capabilities/Performance Management. Booking training and coordinating employee diaries and planning accordingly. Organising and scheduling employee events from time to time. Supporting the Production Planner and Manager with effective workforce planning and management.
