The candidate:
We are looking for an HR administrator or officer who is looking for a varied HR role. Demonstratable HR experience is required, with an open and curious mindset to offer improvements to administrative processes.
Activities
HR system updates and audits
Producing and reviewing reports
Recruitment Support including posting and reviewing adverts, tracking and contacting candidates
New Starter process/ Employee Lifecycle
Appraisals Support
Benefits Package reviews
Producing letters for employee variations
Making payments where necessary
Supporting guests to Head Office
Documentation updates and support with understanding
HR communication
Additional projects and administration as and when required
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: 24,000.00 per year
