We’re on the lookout for a talented and enthusiastic HR Administrator to join our thriving HR Shared Service team, where you will play a crucial role in shaping our workforce and driving our company's success.
Joining Redde Northgate as a key member of our HR Shared Service Team, you will assist us in managing HR process and procedures, providing, and delivering efficient and effective administration support to the wider HR, Reward and Recruitment Team. You will take responsibility for updating and maintaining the HR System (Civica) with related data and information, and the provision of insightful and useful people and HR related information for all parties that require it.

About you
- First and foremost, you’ll have prior experience of working within or directly supporting a busy HR Function.
- You have experience of using HR systems and have a good understanding of HR policies & best practice.
- Your IT skills are excellent, and you have exceptional attention to detail.
- Your customer service ethics and ability to build relationships with colleagues are second to none.
- You have excellent organisational and time management skills
- You will ideally be working towards a CIPD qualification, although it is not essential
