The Role
- Responsible for managing both general HR and recruitment inbox.
- Reporting on sickness absence, other absence and timekeeping.
- Support in an admin capacity with casework (arranging diary, invites and note taking).
- Compiling interview packs and responding to all (site) general recruitment queries.
- Scheduling of interviews and assessment testing.
- Responsible for pre-employment checks for new employees including eligibility to work in the UK, references, proof of ID, security checks and qualifications.
- Issuing HR related documentation including offer letters, contracts of employment, variations letters etc.
- Scheduling and monitoring probation meetings.
- Ensuring all probation meetings are carried out on time and appropriate paperwork is complete.
- Taking notes and providing support with formal HR meetings and investigations.
- Assist with internal audits and the preparation of papers and documents for external audits.
Qualifications
About you
- Previous Administrative experience preferably within a recruitment/HR environment
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft administrative products, Word, Excel, Power Point.
- Knowledge of HR systems and processes
- Highly organised and efficient, able to meet deadlines with strong time management skills
- CIPD Level 3 (desirable)
