HR Administrator

Your new company
Hays is working exclusively with an established manufacturing organisation on the recruitment of an HR Administrator to join their HR team on a permanent basis. This is an opportunity for an experienced HR Administrator who is looking to join a small HR team working within a fast-paced organisation.
Your new role
Within your new role, you will work closely with the HR Team on a wide range of administration duties within HR. As the successful candidate, you will provide good attention to detail on administrative support to the HR team.
Responsibilities include:

• Ensuring the HR Systems are updated with the relevant HR Data
• Involved in taking the lead on the induction process for all new starters, ensuring all documents and training schedules have been received
• Monitoring the HR Inbox
• Provide support in the management of annual appraisals
• Co-ordinate the administration of leavers, issuing of relevant letters, recording on trackers
• Assisting with Occupational Health
• Involved in minute taking within meetings
• Ensure all health and safety policies and procedures are followed

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience working within a fast-paced organisation
• Good attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines
• Exposure to working within an HR function previously
• Microsoft Office packages
