Recruit4staff is proud to be representing their client, a leading hospitality business in their search for a HR Administrator to work in Llanwddyn, Powys.

For the successful HR Administrator our client is offering:

• Competitive annual salary of up to GBP23,000 - GBP25,000 per annum (Pro-rata)
• Part Time flexible hours. 16-23 hours a week between 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday
• Permanent opportunity

The role - HR Administrator:

• HR administrative tasks
• Focus on recruitment and retention of staff
• Build and develop relationships with local schools' and job centres
• Sourcing candidates for all department
• Liaising with Recruitment Partners
• Collating data for HR reports and analysis
• Carrying out employment checks on new starters

What our client is looking for in a HRAdministrator:

• Previous recruitment / talent acquisition experience - ESSENTIAL
• We are looking for somebody who has strong Administration skills
• Strong IT skills and experience of working on social media platforms.
• Strong communication skills
