Key Responsibilities:

• Utilise your in-depth knowledge of Irish employment law to provide expert guidance on HR policies and procedures.
• Partner with leadership to drive compliance with local regulations and industry best practices.
• Take the lead in employee relations, ensuring fair and consistent resolution of issues.
• Implement and optimise HR processes to enhance organisational effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support talent acquisition, on-boarding, and employee development initiatives.
• Proactively address employee concerns, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace environment.

Skills & Experience:

• Experienced within a HR Generalist role.
• Sound knowledge of Irish Employment Law
• Strong understanding of current HR trends, best practices, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to build effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.
