Macmillan Davies are delighted to be partnering again with this renowned quality retail business in their search for an ambitious People Advisor to support their 35 stores in and around Dublin.
The Opportunity:
ER-Focused Role - Dive into the heart of employee relations! Your role will be pivotal in fostering a positive workplace culture, handling employee relations matters, and ensuring the people in the stores thrives.
Out and About - Say goodbye to a mundane desk job! You'll be out and about, interacting with managers, understanding their needs, and building strong relationships across the region.
Upskilling and Training -You'll play a key role in upskilling and training managers, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge to lead effectively.

What We're Looking For:
- In-depth knowledge of Irish employment law, contractual rights, records management and data protection
- Proven experience in HR, with a focus on employee relations preferably gained in a retail or logistics environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced retail environment.
- A passion for upskilling and training managers to enhance leadership capabilities.
- Enthusiastic and proactive attitude with a problem-solving mindset.
