Joining our established team of generalist HR and Talent professionals, this is an exciting opportunity to be involved in a broad range of HR areas in a diverse and engaging role.
About the Role
As an HR Advisor, you will provide expert advice and support on a variety of HR matters including flexible working requests, Occupational Health protocol, grievances and disciplinaries. You will support the coordination of end of year performance reviews, objective setting and payroll alongside any ad hoc project work.
As part of our HR team, you will also:
- take ownership of HR software
- prepare reports to provide insights on employee data
- Provide advice to employees and line managers on HR policies and processes
Additional responsibilities could include:
- Delivering social initiatives to improve employee satisfaction
- Providing line manager support and coaching on performance management, development and training
- Being the primary HR contact for areas such as promotions, wellbeing and employee exits.
About You
We are looking for an individual to join our team who is a strong communicator, team player and understands the importance of confidentiality and discretion. Already working as an HR professional providing first line support to employees and managers, you will enjoy the variety of work a truly generalist role can bring. You will have a foundation of UK employment legislation knowledge already, and be keen to develop this further.
Being CIPD qualified, or equivalent, would be beneficial however is not essential for this role.
