You will be responsible for providing professional advice, leading project work, and driving improvements in processes. Lead and contribute to project work, researching, benchmarking, and managing stakeholders.
- Develop and improve HR policies in alignment with business requirements.
- Collaborate with the Payroll and Project Manager to address pay-related ER situations.
- Develop and deliver training sessions on people management topics.
- Significant HR experience and/or CIPD Level 5.
- Competent in Excel and reporting from management systems.
- Experience with HR IT systems, including recruitment tracking and enterprise resource planning.
