Elevation Recruitment Group's HR division are excited to be working with a Large National Manufacturing company in Grimsby who are currently recruiting for a HR Advisor to join their growing HR team.
This role will operate as part of the support and delivery for the HR team whilst reporting into the Head of HR.
Your role will include:
• Providing Senior Management with employment law advice and coaching
• Business improvements to policies, procedures and initiatives
• Completing pre-employment checks and onboarding
• Producing offer letters and contracts
• Providing support to hiring managers in formal meetings
• Using data tracking system to input and record data on absence and employee life cycle
• Taking a lead on all day-to-day ER
• Involvement with the Learning and Development strategy

The ideal candidate will have proven success in their career as a HR Advisor and will be able to work confidently under pressure. Strong IT skills are essential. CIPD Level 5 is desirable.
