This is an excellent opportunity for an HR Advisor to join a leading Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry, based in Merseyside. The role will involve providing effective HR support to a diverse range of departments within the company.

Description

• Provide HR advice and guidance to managers and employees on a wide range of HR issues.
• Manage employee relations cases ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
• Support in the recruitment and induction process for new employees.
• Oversee the performance management process.
• Contribute to HR projects and initiatives.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Conduct training sessions on HR-related topics.
• Manage and maintain HR records and documentation.

Profile

A successful HR Advisor should have:

• Experience working in a similar HR role in industry.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in HR information systems and databases.
• An approachable and professional manner.
• Available to work on site in Merseyside 3 days a week with bi-monthly travel to our manufacturing site in Herefordshire.
