Our client, an industry-leading organisation in the manufacturing sector are seeking a dedicated HR Advisor to join their dynamic team in Hull. We are currently seeking a talented and enthusiastic HR Advisor to join their team on a part-time basis to cover maternity leave.
As HR Advisor, you will play a crucial role in the HR team, providing essential operational support to line managers and employees. Here's what you'll be doing:
💼 Coordinating all aspects of recruitment - from attracting candidates to onboarding.
💼 Providing generalist advice and guidance to managers on people-related practises.
💼 Gathering and analysing people-related data to help drive informed decisions and enhance their HR offering.
To be a successful candidate for this role, we're looking for someone who:
✨ Has experience supporting managers with people-related practises and coordinating recruitment processes.
✨ Has strong communication, organisation, and administration skills.
✨ Ideally holds a CIPD qualification or is working towards one.
