Reporting directly into the MD working as the HR Advisor in a stand-alone HR role across a long established and successful business looking to further expand in the FMCG sector.

The role of the HR Advisor offers a clear career path to management and allows full HR involvement across all areas of the business, together with the chance to develop and implement the softer side of HR i.e. focusing on training, key values, culture, benefits whilst also having responsibility for ER, Recruitment, implementation of policies and procedures and making sure that contracts/HR admin maintenance and GDPR is carried out correctly.
Qualifications and Experience:
CIPD level 5 is required.
At least 2 years of operational HR generalist experience
Must have experience of working in manufacturing (ideally FMCG sector)
Strong background in ER (excellent employment law knowledge)
Previously worked in a busy generalist HR role, having had responsibility for policies procedure, disciplinaries grievances, training, recruitment, management of HR admin, advising operational staff with all things HR, and been visible across a business as the "go to person" in HR.
