Description

• Site based in Goole you will be the the go to person for all aspects of HR
• Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.
• Assess and monitor employee performance and development goals.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to HR, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with the HR team to understand and execute the organisation's human resource strategy.
• Communicate effectively with the HR team and management to ensure alignment with the company goals.
• Participate in company-wide initiatives and projects.
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.

Profile

A successful Senior HR Advisor should have:

• Proven experience in a similar HR role within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
• In-depth understanding of UK employment laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in HR systems and databases.

Job Offer

• An attractive salary package ranging from £40,000 to £52,000.
