Job Description
The HR Advisor will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support on all aspects of human resources management, including:
Employee relations and employee engagement
Recruitment and selection
Performance management and appraisals
Compensation and benefits
HR compliance and policy development
Training and development
Employee health and safety
Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic and operational HR support to the business
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
Manage employee relations and resolve workplace issues
Conduct recruitment and selection processes
Design and deliver training and development programs
Ensure compliance with all relevant HR legislation
Maintain and update employee records
Collaborate with other departments to foster a positive and productive work environment
Qualifications and Skills
3+ years' experience in a manufacturing environment (Desirable)
Strong understanding of HR principles and best practices
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in HR software and systems
