Description
- Providing HR advice to managers and staff on a range of issues including employee relations, performance management, and HR best practice.
- Implementing new HR initiatives and processes across the team.
- Coordinating with the recruitment team to streamline the hiring process.
- Conducting training and development programs for employees.
- Maintaining and updating employee records in line with GDPR regulations.
- Managing a variety of HR projects as directed by the HR Manager.
- Supporting the HR Manager in developing and implementing HR strategies.
- Assisting in the resolution of any HR related queries.
Profile
A successful HR Advisor should have:
- A degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resource Management or related field.
- Excellent knowledge of UK employment law.
- Proficient in HR management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
