Hr Advisor

Our client a unique established yet growing business on the outskirts of Colchester are currently looking for a People Advisor to join them on a permanent basis with a salary form £32,000 - £35,000 depending on experience, plus a range of perks.

What does the role entail?

As the HR Advisor you will work with managers across the supporting and advising on employment law, policy, procedure and processes, as well as through any ER that arises. You will manage the recruitment process from manager conversations to candidate pipelines and supporting on all aspects of the employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit and all in between, including involvement in coordinating and tracking Learning & development and the HR input in to Payroll, as well as employee engagement and company events. This is a varied role with a range of other duties and ad hoc projects.

What skills will you have?

To be considered for this HR Advisor job you will ideally have started your CIPD and will have held a similar role to that discussed above. You will have had exposure to LMS and HRIS with good employment law knowledge. On top of the core skills you will be a great communicator at all levels who can prioritise and multi task whilst maintain exceptional eye for details and remaining a team player at all times.
