Hr Advisor

This is a unique part-time opportunity for either a HR Advisor or Employee Relations Advisor to work alongside a highly proficient, expert HR Director in their boutique Human Resources Consultancy in this challenging, exciting and rewarding role. 
You will develop your career at an accelerated rate and receive intensive training, within the supportive learning culture, providing exceptional HR/ER advice to clients, which range from Human Resource departments to SMEs. 
You will receive a salary of £30,000 - £50,000 (pro rata), working 20-25 hours per week, either full days, or part-time hours across several days. This can be flexible upon your needs. 
The role involves providing outstanding support and services to multiple clients, ensuring you act as the main point of contact to problem-solve challenges whilst building long-term working relationships. They also create HR materials for clients to use throughout their organisations. 
As HR Advisor, the core requirements of this role are:

• The ability to undertake difficult HR actions such as dismissals.
• Robust and resilience.
• Desire and ability to learn quickly and retain information.
• Excellent standard of English.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Practical maths skills.

NB: Salary will be prorated for the agreed part-time hours. The salary allocated from the specified range would depend on how much training you require to be fully chargeable to clients. If at the lower end, due to training, the salary would progress through the range quickly to reflect your progress and learning.
