Are you a HR professional looking for an exciting opportunity to provide expert advice and guidance to managers across an organisation?

Our client, a leading healthcare provider, is seeking a skilled HR Advisor to join their team on a temporary basis.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive HR advisory services to managers and employees, ensuring adherence to employment law and best practises.
• Manage complex employee relations matters with a focus on resolution and mitigation of risks.
• Guide and influence managers on various HR aspects aligned with business objectives.
• Support new management visits and provide necessary HR support.
• Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring legal compliance.
• Analyse HR data to identify trends and provide solutions to address issues.
• Assist the HR Business Partner in driving HR initiatives.
• Collaborate with the HR Administration team.
• Stay current on immigration regulations and coordinate regular audits.

Skills, Knowledge, Experience and Expertise:

• CIPD Level 5 (desirable)
• Strong experience in managing complex employee relations matters, including dismissals.
• Solid understanding of employment legislation
• Experience working in a fast-paced, multi-site organisation (desirable)
• Ability to handle high volumes of cases.
