Job Description
- Provide comprehensive HR advice across the business to all levels of stakeholders.
- Help implement and develop HR policies and procedures.
- Manage a fast pace employee relations desk
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure HR objectives align with the company's goals.
- Conduct performance reviews and create development plans.
- Oversee recruitment, selection and onboarding processes.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR systems and practices.
The Successful Applicant
A successful 'HR Advisor' should have:
- Proven experience within a similar role preferably within a blue collar industry
- Strong knowledge of employment law.
- CIPD L5 +
- Stakeholder management and influence
- Ability to prioritise tasks
- Experience in handling HR systems and practices.
