The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- CIPD Level 7 Qualified.
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role, with a focus on employee relations.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, employment laws, and employee relations practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
- Strategic mindset and ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
- Experience in managing employee relations cases, conducting investigations, and resolving conflicts.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret HR data and provide actionable insights.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in HR information systems and analytics tools.
