Core responsibilities will typically include:
- Building strong relationships with key stakeholders within the organisation
- Supporting managers, you will provide advice and support on employee relation issues including absence management, performance management, disciplinary and grievances.
- Supporting the investigation of all disciplinary matters, ensuring employment law and company policy are adhered to.
- Involvement with the recruitment cycle and supporting managers with the decision-making processes.
- Ensuring induction and onboarding are carried out correctly and in line with company policy.
- Maintain business compliance with accreditations and screening processes.
- Responsible for administrating and inputting UK Payroll, working with Sage 50.
- Undertaking HR projects in line with the HR Strategy.
Expected Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
- HR generalist experience in an advisory capacity.
- Employee relations experience within a fast-paced environment.
- Team Player, ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and maintain confidentiality.
- Able to work on an initiative to follow up and take action where necessary.
- Proficient with MS Office.
- Experienced working with HR Software.
- Driving licence and own vehicle.
