You will be working for a global automotive manufacturing business based in Stafford as a HR Advisor on a 12 Month FTC.
Your new role
In your new role, your responsibilities will include are not limited to:
- Providing professional guidance to managers on ER Cases.
- Support on case management
- Supporting with recruitment process
- Assisting with all general HR duties
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in a similar role as HR Officer/HR Advisor will ultimately lead to your success. You will have a good understanding of Employee relations case work hold a CIPD L5 qualification.
What you'll get in return
This is a 12 month fixed term opportunity with the chance of becoming permanent. The working hours are Monday-Thursday 7:30/8:00 - 16:00/16:30 with an earlier finish on a Friday. This role requires you to be working on site, in Stafford full time. the salary is £30,000 with 33 days annual leave.
