HR Advisor

The role
We are delighted to be working with a local Charity who are expanding and looking for an HR Advisor to support the HR Lead and Recruitment manager. This is a varied role, split between focusing on generalist HR duties supporting employees and line managers, as well as supporting the wider HR team. Primary Duties:
- Advise and assist line managers with the recruitment process from start to finish, reviewing adverts, job descriptions and formal offers.
- Advise and assist heads of department and line managers to monitor and manage employee matters.
- Organise employee centered events, welcome inductions, and drive engagement, awareness and recognition initiatives to promote employee welfare.
- Support the wider HR team with payroll matters, employee reviews, and ongoing employment processes requiring specific documentation.
Requirements
This would be an exciting opportunity for a CIPD level 5 qualified/part qualified individual who is passionate about generalist HR and aiding the HR team in delivering exceptional support to employees and line managers. The successful post holder will have strong experience of HR best practice, recruitment, compliance, employee relations, and employment legislation. You will also require your own transport due to rural location.
