Hr Advisor

This role calls for a proactive and experienced HR Advisor to join an industrial/manufacturing firm based in Oxford. The successful candidate will provide essential support to the Human Resources team.

Description

The HR Advisor will be responsible for:

• Handling employee relations issues and providing guidance and advice to line managers across the business
• Ensure that policy remains up to date and relevant
• Overseeing the employee lifecycle, from onboarding through to exit
• Ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee records
• Contributing to the development of a positive company culture

Profile

A successful HR Advisor should have:

• Proven experience in a similar HR role, ideally within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
• Excellent knowledge of HR procedures and policies.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in using HR software and databases.
