We are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join a progressive and fast-paced automotive client. To be successful you must have considerable knowledge in human resources and previous experience in an advisory or administrative capacity. The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate experience across the full employee lifecycle and have a passion for managing HR projects. As the HR Advisor you will be onsite daily and provide support and solutions for senior stakeholders whilst working alongside the head of HR with numerous projects.

Profile
You will have the ability to work autonomously and provide informed solutions to the business, you will have experience of working within a changing environment and be able to build relationships with ease. The successful applicant will have a vast array of responsibilities, such as providing advice and guidance to internal and external stakeholders on HR issues, along with assessing and analysing relevant data to provide solutions for HR related programmes and policies.
You must be able to work collaboratively as well as be able to work on your own initiative when required.
