Position: HR Advisor - Employee Relations Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
-Employee Relations Expert: Be the go-to person for all Employee Relations matters. Resolve conflicts, address grievances, and ensure a harmonious work environment.
-Policy Development: Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring they align with the organization's values and legal regulations.
-Training and Development: Conduct training sessions for employees and managers on Employee Relations topics, conflict resolution, and communication skills.
Requirements:
-Proven experience as an HR Advisor or in a similar Employee Relations role.
-In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, and industry trends.
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
