HR Advisor
Location: Enniskillen
Duration: Permanent
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday – 37.5 hours per week
Rate of Pay: £29,258 PER ANNUM
The Role:
- Managing Information, both electronically and in hard copy, in a sensitive and confidential manner ensuring compliance with relevant Data Protection Acts
- Maintaining accurate records whilst ensuring compliance with employment laws across both jurisdictions
- Planning and organising work both of self and others
- Resource Management for own area of responsibility
- Supervision and development of staff
- Liaising with a wide range of individuals and organisations
- Prepare reports and briefing material for senior staff
- Responding to Departmental queries and meeting all statutory reporting requirements
Requirements:
Eligibility Criteria
- 5 GCSE’s Grades A-C or equivalent (including English & Maths) and
- A Level 5 qualification in Human Resource Management
OR
- 5 GCSE’s Grades A-C or equivalent (including English & Maths) and
- At least 3 years’ experience working in a Human Resources role.
And
- A valid Driving licence and access to a form of transport to effectively carry out the role.
Essential Criteria
- Experience of using a Human Resources Management System to analyse
- data and produce relevant accurate reports within tight deadlines.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to enable interaction with
- people at all levels both internally and externally.
- Experience of effectively managing your workload, demonstrating the ability to adapt to changing priorities for the efficient and effective completion of responsibilities.
- Experience of maintaining thorough attention to detail and accuracy, to ensure effective service delivery while upholding a high standard of work.
- Proficiency in the use of IT, including Microsoft office packages i.e. Excel,
- Word, and PowerPoint etc. in a work environment.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality in dealing with employee records and HR related matters.
Desirable Criteria
- Experience and working knowledge of pension related administration activities and ability to apply this knowledge to any pension scheme.
- A minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in a HR role.
- Associate CIPD Member.
