HR Advisor – Reward Specialist – Public Sector – Enniskillen – Permanent
MCS Group is thrilled to be working with a well-known Public-Sector organisation based in Enniskillen, in their search for an HR Advisor to join their team on a full time, permanent basis. This role offers fantastic opportunities to gain hands on experience in the Rewards area of HR.
The Role
As the HR Advisor, you will play a key role within the HR team. You will specialise in Rewards but will provide support when needed in all other areas of the HR function. You will manage the pay and conditions process end-to-end and will manage all aspects of pension related queries. You will liaise with a variety of departments and manage these processes end-to-end.
The Person
- A minimum of 5 GCSE’s including English and Maths, and a Level 5 qualification in HR or at least 3 years’ experience working in an HR role.
- Experience in using an HR Management system.
- Proven ability in managing your workload and maintaining thorough attention to detail.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information.
