Key Responsibilities:
- Utilise your in-depth knowledge of Irish employment law to provide expert guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Partner with leadership to drive compliance with local regulations and industry best practices.
- Take the lead in employee relations, ensuring fair and consistent resolution of issues.
- Implement and optimise HR processes to enhance organisational effectiveness.
- Proactively address employee concerns, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace environment.
Skills & Experience:
- Experienced within a HR Generalist role.
- Sound knowledge of Irish Employment Law
- Strong understanding of current HR trends, best practices, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to build effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.
