Owing to expansion and growth a leading UK construction company are looking for a people focused HR Advisors to join their People Team for 6 and 12 months respectively.
Role Purpose:
*Be able to provide front line HR advice to stakeholders
*Help build platform for positive employee life-cycle experience
*Positively resolve HR issues before escalation
*Upskill Managers in best practice people management
*Support all levels of People Team on delivery of People Strategy (L&D,
Benefits,Diversity & inclusion)
Key Skills & Experience Required:
*Effective use of case management to resolve people issues and A-Z investigation &
disciplinary processes
*Support whole employee life-cycle initiatives
*Design & implement people policies
*Senior Management HR reporting
*Minimising tribunal risk
*Preparing & attending Tribunal cases
*General HR coordination
*Contribute to feedback culture
*Good IT skills
*Coaching Skills
*Leadership Skills
Professional qualifications:
*Achieve or working towards CIPD Level 5
*Expertise in employment law
*Understanding of HR systems
