About the role:
- You will be the go to expert for all HR related matters, providing operational support and coaching across the organisation
- Data Analytics - you will use HR data to support informed decision-making, development, and improvement
- Performance management driving initiatives including appraisals, feedback and development plans
- Employee Relations - managing complex ER cases and providing expert advice and support to managers
- Drive practices which support employee wellbeing and uphold the values of the organisation
About you:
- Experience in a fast paced HR environment is essential for this role
- Highly desirable you have an understanding of the importance of compliance in relation to staffing and onboarding and how regulated organisations can maintain compliance throughout the employment lifecycle
- CIPD level 5 qualification or working towards
- In depth knowledge of UK employment legislation and be able to demonstrate awareness of pending changes to employment practices
- Excellent communication skills
