Pay: 14- 20ph (depending on experience)
Our client based in Tonbridge is currently seeking a skilled and dedicated HR Advisor to join their team on a part-time basis.
As an integral member of the HR department, you will collaborate closely with the team to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of our organisation.
This role is perfect for someone who has advanced HR experience and is looking to gain further responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently process company payroll, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Ensure seamless processing of holiday and sick leave for all employees.
- Provide support to employees dealing with personal or work-related issues, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Assist with general day-to-day HR operations.
- Regularly update and maintain employee files, keeping records current and accurate.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in HR roles, with a focus on payroll and general HR operations.
- Strong understanding of leave management and payroll processing.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively support employees.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
