Monday - Thursday: 8.00AM - 5.00PM & Friday: 8.00AM - 4.00PM
Annual Salary of up to £32,000 DOE

Daily Duties for the HR Advisor Include:
• To maintain all HR records ensuring that data is accurate and up to date.
• Preparing job adverts, checking application forms, short listing and sifting CV's, interviewing, and selecting candidates
• Preparation of new starter packs including offer letters and contracts.
• Provide advice and support in all HR matters and formal processes such as disciplinary and grievances.
• Confident in chairing ER related meetings such as disciplinary.
• Liaising with payroll and advising on HR matters such as absence.
• Revise company policies and procedures including company handbook.
• To support the payroll department with payroll when needed.
HR Advisor - Essential Skills:
• Previous experience with HR in an ER and advisory capacity.
• Confident in Excel, V look ups and macros.
• Familiarity with the recruitment cycle and on-boarding process.
• Confidentiality, professionalism and discretion.
Desirable Skills:
• Well organised and conscientious.
• Responsible and accountable.
What training is provided?
Full training will be provided 'on the job starting' on day one and ongoing.
