The purpose of this role is to support the HR activities of the company, providing advice and guidance on the company’s HR related policies and procedures within a small team of 3.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support day to day administration of HR related documents
- Compile spreadsheets and reports when required
- Provide HR advice and guidance to staff and management
- Support the maintenance of current HR files and databases
- Assist in payroll preparation process
- Ensure the department is complaint with GDPR processes
What We Are Looking For:
- CIPD level 5 minimum
- Experience in a HR Advisory role
- Experience of working within a HR environment
- Computer literate and HR software knowledge
- Data driven and knowledge of GDPR
- Ability to work well under pressure
