HRIS Analyst
Our client are a well known global wholesale & retail business, who are recruiting for an HRIS Analyst to join them.
The HRIS Analyst is a member of the centralised, dedicated Workday HRIS Team, working together to ensure effective use of the system by updating, configuring, improving, and providing expertise on the system for other HR departments.
The Workday HR system enables the business to efficiently manage HR, advanced compensation, talent, recruiting, learning and is the critical system of record for all people data. The HRIS Analyst will be the point of contact for HR and Payroll needs in European locations for a total of approx 850 people.
The HRIS Analyst will be responsible for the design, configuration, implementation, communication, maintenance, and administration in support of HRIS strategy. This includes all HR related systems, applications, programs, and processes.
Working closely with teams across the business, the HRIS Analyst is knowledgeable about Workday and other HR related systems and/or processes. Is able to work with pace and positivity on a range of system and data related challenges and projects. With a high-level of attention detail they will respect confidential data and the importance of an efficient and well maintained HRIS as well as have the ability to spot opportunities, deliver to sometimes tight timelines and challenge the status quo.
