My amazing client is looking for an experienced HR and Health and Safety manager on a Part time basis to support with providing day to day advice and guidance to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.
Some of the Key tasks are as follows:
- Undertake absence, disciplinary and grievance cases as and when required.
- Support managers with advice and guidance to support development of people management skills and knowledge.
- Management of Sickness and holiday process
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and provide expert guidance to the business in HR matters.
- Manage all Health and Safety within the workplace.
- Recruitment management; contract amendments, new starter packs through to exit
The Candidate
Driving licence as occasional travel will be required.
- Excellent communication skills
- CIPD Qualified Ideally up to level 5
- Excellent organisation skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to explain information clearly and simply
- Good administrative and computer skills
- Record keeping
- Accuracy and attention to detail
